However the only reason we take this information from you is so we can keep in contact with you so we can help you build your information publishing business. I maintain the right to use information I collect to research and develop new products, training and other promotional content. But I will never sell, give or share your information with anyone apart from my staff that work for me and work within my company. However please bear in mind that we do use 3rd party software services to store and maintain customer information such as SurveyMonkey.com, Aweber.com, Icontact.com (they provide the auto responder and contact management services most online businesses need.)
MembershipWhen you sign up to our Over The Shoulder Coaching membership section you will be asked to provide your name and email address so that we can send you your login information and send you regular updates once new content has been added to the membership website. We never go fishing for any other information about you from 3rd party’s. The only information we have about you are what you provide us with. Like most other websites on the Internet we also use Cookies. Together with the Cookies and our Auto Responder services which we use to collect your information we can determine your membership. This then allows us to give you access to the information you signed up for. We reserve the right to block certain parts of our website which has information for paid members only. We may also block some information from the user until they fill out a survey form. Which will then give them access free of charge. If you join our Over The Shoulder Coaching membership section on this website and you would like to cancel all you need to do is contact us and we will stop your monthly membership payments at once and you will never get billed again.
How We Use Your E-mail & PhoneIf we ever ask you for your email or phone number we are the only company that will have access to that information or use it. As you know we are a business and although we do give out free information you will still be able to purchase products or services from us and sometimes we need to speak with you which is why we may at some point ask for your phone number. However I would like you to know that if you were to stay subscribed to our mailing list you will be able to take advantage of our free coaching and training we provide each week. Just so you know we NORMALLY email out to our mailing list around once a week. However we’re launching a product we can email up to twice in a day. As long as we have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email we reserve the right to email as many times as we want to our mailing list. Our customers choose if they want to be contacted or not.
3rd Party Contact Management SoftwareWe will never share your information with ANYONE apart from 3rd party who actually help us collect your information like icontact.com and aweber.com ( both contact management systems) other 3rd parts company’s such as PayPal.com and 1shoppingcart (both payment management systems). We would like to let you know that although the 3rd party company’s have your information stored they will NEVER contact you. They just help us with the tools we need to run our business and to keep in contact with you. Because we use the 3rd party’s company’s we have just mentioned it means things are much safer for you (our customers). You see most online businesses use the 3rd party company’s because its makes the customer feel safe and secure when making payments etc. When a customer makes a purchase we use a payment processor such as PayPal, Clickbank, Authorize.net, or 1 shoppingcart. This way we can not see any sensitive information like your bank account information. This is why we use them to make our customers feel more safe when making a purchase. You can always tell you are protected by standard secure technologies (SSL) when you see “https” protocol in the address bar provided the current security certificate is valid. When using this kind of payment processor with us it also protects you in case you have any problems or would like a refund for any reason. We try and deal with any refunds our self and sort out any problems you might have via our support desk but we understand dealing with 3rd party’s like this can make things much easier for both us and our customers. We have a no questions asked refund policy within 60 days of all our products. And as for our Over The Shoulder Coaching monthly membership section you can cancel at anytime just email us. The main point we would like to get across here is that when you shop with us we never handle or get to see any of your passwords or credit card information. We leave this to the professionals so you can feel happy and safe when shopping with us.
Tracking TechnologiesBecause we are a marketing agency, we like to study every aspect or our website to maximize ROI. We use Cookies to track what goes on in our websites. In general what this means is that we can see what our website visitors do and click on. This can be very important to us because we can see were customers come from. We can also see which pages they click on, which tells us if we’re doing a good job or not. We use cookie technology with all our websites to ensure we make the most on our ROI.
General:Again we use 3rd party tracking technologies which show us what the visitor is going on our website. It shows us were they come from, what they click on and how frequently they click. All this can help us make more money so we have the funds to run this site and to keep providing our loyal visitors with a better user experience and better coaching and training. Tracking on Our WebsitesWe would like to name just a few of the 3rd party company’s that help us to track things on our websites. We use Google Analytics, Google’s Conversion Optimizer, and Yahoo Conversion Tracking. We get provided with anonymous dadt from the company’s which tell use what our website visitor had done on our website. As already explained all of this is possible because of your Cookies. If you don’t wish for anyone including us to see your Cookies then you can turn them off. It’s totally safe to keep them on and it will help us track things to better our business but it’s totally your choice. The most important thing tracking allows us to do is study the cost of acquiring new customers with different offers we make. But we can also see things like what internet browser most of our visitors use and what screen resolution they might be using. If you don’t want anyone to track what you do simply turn off ALL tracking by Cookies when browsing our website. Tracking in Our EmailsWe also track how many times our emails get opened and how many times links get clicked. However tracking can be turned off from your email client if you would rather not contribute. If you would rather not contribute our best advice would be to turn off HTML email and just accept text emails. And just avoid clicking any links if you do not want us to see that you clicked it. All links clicked inside our emails are tracked by our email service (we use Icontact.com & Aweber.com) with a click counter. We have always complied with ICAN email standards. Icontact & Aweber have strict rules stating that we can not email anyone who has not opted in to one of our surveys and asked to be contacted. And they prohibit us or anyone using there service to spam people or use any blackhat or illegal practice. I’m glad to say we have had excellent track records with both Icontact & Aweber in all the years we have been using them. Part of the ICAN standards require us to allow subscribers to unsubscribe at any time. We are also very happy about this because we do not want to send you or anyone emails if you don’t want them. If you would like to unsubscribe from our contact list all you have to do is look out for one of our emails and hit the link at the very bottom of the email. This will then give you the option to unsubscribe.
