We offer information and over the shoulder coaching with screen capture video software for the purpose of helping our customers set up, promote and advertise there information publishing businesses. We also coach business owners on ways to drive traffic to there websites.

Our training is mostly relevant to businesses and business owners who want to set up there very own information publishing business and for people who want to learn how to get the word out about their websites, information products, and services.

Most businesses measure success and failure when using our techniques by how much it “costs” and “how much it makes” (revenue)

Unfortunately, irresponsible use of our coaching can create unrealistic expectations from potential customers and can basically make a lot of trouble for us. So in the spirit of this, please read the following terms we thought may not be immediately apparent to every visitor of our website.

I hope this page clears up what we can and what we cannot be responsible for when using the techniques we teach on our websites.

 

Are The Dollar Claims and Traffic Stats Real?

Yes. Everything you see on this or any of my websites are real. I did not get my success and reputation in this business of Information Publishing by telling little white lies.

However, in the past when we have shared our results in regards to income and traffic it has lead to some people thinking the results are unrealistic so we tend to steer away from showing income claims whenever possible and focusing more on the coaching side were we can help serve you best. We don’t like shouting about how good we are. We like to prove that WITHOUT pushing big income claims and traffic stats in your face.

At the end of the day what good has that ever done for you and your business in the past? You just want results and that is what we aim to give our customers on this website.

However, if at some point you do see some of our results in our training videos/coaching or stated on our website. We want you to know that all results differ and you may not see the exact same results as us in your business. So please note the following:

 

a) When working on our Information Publishing businesses we do not share every single test result with our customers. Very few experiments are interesting when they fail, so we tend not to talk about them unless it’s relevant to that coaching lesson.

We do however talk very openly about the successful test results in our business. This can be anything from profitable niche markets our customers could enter or a successful traffic generation technique that we have found that works really well for us.

All our results are documented and can be proven in most cases but as stated earlier YOU may not see the same results.

When testing any recommendations for your business you will in most cases need to spend time and money. There are many factors in addition to the ones we choose to highlight in our training which also influence the results we share.

So for this reason we cannot be held responsible if you lose money attempting any of what we teach in our coaching/training lessons that have worked well for us.

So we ask you to look at our training with caution. Particularly if you think any part of our training will have a negative affect on your business.

You know your business better than us. We have never see your websites or products. Our business tips/coaching/training are general and generic ones.

 

b) We are not licensed business consultants and any advice we give you should be used at your own risk. I’m personally a x construction worker. I also used to work in a call centre selling broad band internet so should not be trusted for business advice.

On the other hand what I’ve learnt over the years setting up many profitable online businesses can help you which is why I’ve put this website together. My over the shoulder coaching has helped many online business owners and I’m very proud that I can help people make a better life for themselves and their families.

I must say this though...

I want you to take any training you see on this website with a grain of salt because like I said I’m NOT a “licensed professional” if you think I am then think again because I’m not and none of my advice should be taken in isolation of proper legal and business council.

 

c) We would like to STRONGLY point out that you don’t need everything we recommend on this website. We thought people would already know this but some didn’t. So once again you don’t need to buy everything we recommend to be successful in setting up your Information Publishing business.

You make the choice to accept or reject any offer we make to you. I would also like to point out that apart from limited time special offers most offers we make in regards to our products are going to be available for life not just a one off. This means apart from the rare occasion when we do have a special offer you will be able to take your time and purchase any of our offers in your own good time.

I would also like to make you aware that 99% of the coaching and training you will see on this website apart from our over the shoulder coaching section is 100% free of charge. Were not like others out there that are just after your money. We genuinely like to help. This is why most of our coaching and training is free.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you and your family are struggling to pay the bills or put food on the table PLEASE do not spend money on our over the shoulder coaching program which shows you how to set up a Information Publishing business online.

Yes we share some very good advanced strategies in our paid coaching but you still have more than enough free information to get you started. All you have to do is look at the free training section or search through our blog posts.

 

d) In our coaching and training we may from time to time suggest other products and services to you. We would like to make it clear that when using any products or services recommended by us that you take it up with the company directly if you are not happy for some reason.

We try our very best to check out all products and services we recommend to our customers before we recommend them. In fact most of the products and services we do recommend we actually use our self in our own online businesses. So we are very confident you will be happy. But we are not responsible for 3rd party products and services that we recommend.

Once we send you over to a 3rd party website the terms and conditions you are now reading will no longer cover you and you would need to see the terms for that 3rd party website.

We do only promote products and services that have a refund policy so if you were not happy for whatever reason, no sweat, just get your money back no questions asked.

We do in most cases collect a commission on products and services that we recommend to your customers. In most cases it’s around 75%.

I have in the past recommended products and services commission free. This was because I used and believed in the products and services because I used them in my business and they were a very important part or running my business. Hosting for instance... I sent many of my loyal customers to hosting company’s websites without making any commissions.

Recently I decided if was only fair for me to make a commission. After all I do send them a lot of business.

With that being said please decide if the product or service I recommend is right for you and your business.

 

e) Criminal misuse of our information will not be tolerated. The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be used with any illegal, border line illegal or criminal activities.

And we do not want our site and content used to promote pornography, gambling, and debt websites from an ethical and moral standpoint.

 

f) Income Guarantee: We cannot guarantee you will make money or succeed when taking our advice on setting up your online business.

Why? Well you could go in any niche business and some niche markets just don’t make money period. You could pick the wrong market. Some products require you to sell on the telephone and some require you to use video. Some people might not be happy doing this.

There are so many reasons why you might fail it’s just not possible to list them all here. The simple fact is that most people just do not take action when setting up an online business and I don’t know you personally so you could be one of them?

Some people don’t like doing video.

Some people don’t like web design.

Some people don’t like writing.

Some people can not learn anything technical on there own.

Some people are after a “Get Rich Quick” solution.

By the way if you are looking for a get rich quick solution then you will not find it here. In fact it does not exist unless you win the lottery. I suggest you leave this website immediately and go and play the lottery.

When working with our coaching what I’ve listed above are just some of the ways people could fail when setting up their Information Publishing business online. So I hope you can see that is would be impossible for us to guarantee anything.

Testimonials

If we share any of our testimonials with you on this website please know that ALL our testimonials are from real students of mine and are 100% genuine.

Although we sometimes share testimonials every student’s results vary so you may not see the same results. Please don’t just buy a product or service on the recommendation of some testimonial. Here’s why:

 

a) In most cases testimonials do not represent the NORM. The only reason for showing you testimonials is to show you what is possible. Again you must not take any testimonial as a guarantee to success or income level.

Why can’t you take a testimonial as a guarantee for success? Here is what we have found. Out of all the people how buy a product or service only 20% will go on to fully read or watch the instructions we give which means 80% get the product or service and do nothing.

The 20% who read the instructions although they tried only 4% read the instructions and set everything up correctly which leave 16% not generating as much success as the 4% that do everything as they should.

We get all our testimonials from the 4% of our students that set things up correctly and took action. So I hope you can now see why you should NOT take ANY testimonial we share as a guarantee to success.

Only you know if you will take the information we give you and take action.

 

b) b) We get sent testimonials all the time from our students not asking for them. But we do on occasion ask our current students to send in testimonials asking them to voice there opinions on our products and services that they have purchased and have been working on.

So as a rule always assume that all testimonials have been asked for.

 

c) c) External testimonials are out of our control. We can not take responsibility for testimonials that have been written about us on other websites therefore please do not buy any of our products or services on testimonials that you have seen on other websites as we do not have control over them testimonials.

 

Affiliate Products (Recommendations)

We do sometimes or rare occasions recommend products and services to our subscribers and past customers.

When we do this and one of our customers makes a purchase we normally get paid a percentage or the sale. Please take a look at the guidelines for different products and services below:

For a digital product the average standard is normally 50% payout for affiliates.

For physical products (sent in the mails) it is normally less.

Live training typically pays the industry standard of 25%.

And services normally pay out very small amounts of commission but it is monthly and it helps us pay the bills for this websites running costs.

Please understand that the products and services we recommend to you do not pay enough to be worth a tainted reputation. So let’s take a look at the two types of recommendations we make for the products of others.

 

a) Products and Service We Use In Our Business

When setting up any online business there are a set of products and services you will need to use. I call them the tools of the trade. I have been setting up Information Publishing businesses online now for the past decade and I know which tools I like to use.

In the past I have recommended the tools that I use to set up my online businesses to hundreds of clients in the past commission free. The reason I done this was because I truly believe in them and to this day I still use them.

I would recommend them WITH or WITHOUT compensation because anyone that sets up a website or online business needs the products and services I recommend. Weather I get compensated or not is not relevant because you still need the tools of the trade to set your business up.

Recently, I decided it was time for me to get compensated. After all I have made the company’s I recommend so popular.

 

b) New Products

In every industry there's politics. And online advertising is no different.

We have had to team up with a lot of other Internet Marketers in the same industry as us. And from time to time we do get asked to promote fellow partners products and services and because they are our partners it's hard to say no.

When we do promote partners products and services it's called a JV or Joint Venture.

Again we do get compensated for any sales that are made and it works the same as if we were to go back and look at how we get compensated for affiliate products.

As always please only buy any product or service I recommend on a JV deal if the product or service is right for you. If it is and the refund policy is ok for you then go ahead and buy.

Refunds

I do not offer any products, therefore no refunds are offered at this time. If you do have an issue with a product you bought from me in the past, please contact me.
