Traffic With Media Buying

So you need traffic and everything else has failed right? Well fear not because you always have traffic with media buying. You can buy advertising space on website which already get high amounts of targeted traffic. And its very simple to do and once you realise how easy it is to do you would wish you started doing this a long time ago.

I know a lot of you reading this will have tried lots of traffic methods like PPC marketing, article marketing, SEO, blogging, and many other traffic getting methods but for some reason you have just not see the traffic you would have liked. Well all I will say is give this ago today what I’m about to teach you and I’m sure you will se really good results.

So the first thing you need to do when media buying is to get your banners created. Just go to http://www.elance.com and post a job for some high quality banners to be created and just let them know you need all the normal sizes that you could place on websites using the likes of Google Adwords. Were not using Adwords here but if you get them banner sizes you will have all the right sizes. The worker on elance will know the sizes because they create banners all the time.

So now you have your banners you need to then go to Google and start doing some searches on broad keywords in your niche which get high traffic. Its very important that you know the keywords your searching on get traffic. You can find this out very easy by putting the keyword into the Google Keyword tool which you can find here…

Once you have does the search on a particular keyword in your niche market you then need to visit the top 10 websites listed in the organic search results that google bring back. The organic websites are listed down the left hand side of the page. Do not look at any websites which you find on the sponsored listings which are websites that are using Google Adwords. Why? Because the websites that are using Adwords might not be getting any real lasting traffic.

Were as the organic websites will continue to get real quality traffic for years to come. Now what you want to be looking for is other banners being advertised on the websites your researching. If you see other banners than your in luck because there is a very good chance that you can pay to get your banner shown.

The best way I have found to do this is to just get in direct contact with the site owner. You should be able to find a contact us page were you can send the site owner a quick email. Just be straight with them and let them know your interested in placing a banner on there home page and ask what there advertising prices are.

Most of the websites who already provide advertising will have a advertising section on there website which you can check out and this should give you the prices. If not then like I said just ask the site owner.

Even if you see no banners on the site its worth asking if the site owner would be willing to stick one up for you at the right price. Just one last thing to mention is that you should double check before making any payments for media buying that the site is getting good traffic and you can find that out by going to http://www.alexa.com/ and checking out the traffic that is coming into the site your thinking of buying media from.

Traffic With Ad swapping or adswaps

If you didn’t already know traffic is the life blood of any information publishing business and in this post I will share with you a very good way called adswapping to get some targeted traffic for free to your niche website.

So how do you adswap and what is an adswap? Well the first thing I want to make clear here is you will need to have a list of customers in order to do an adswap in the first place but if you have a small list you will be able to do this.

Basicly an adswap is a JV (Joint Venture) what you do is you find another internet marketer in your niche market who has the same list size as you and what you do is you both agree to send an email out sending traffic.

So it’s basically a case of you scratch my back and I scratch yours. Its important that you find someone in the same niche market as you and to find someone who has the same size list as you or someone who can match your traffic you can send your JV partner.

So say you have a list of 10,000 customers that you can email out to. You will need to find someone who has 10,000 or more on his/her email list. Once you find someone just contact them and explain to them you would like to do an adswap.

If the adswap is done right both party’s win and get lots of free targeted traffic. The best place that I know to find adswaps is the warrior forum which is were internet marketers hang out. Just look for the JV section and post your adswap offer. Tell people what niche market you are in and tell them how big your list is and how many hits your JV partner can expect to get from you.

Please do not lie about your list size or hits you can send. This will only end in tears because you will get a bad reputation and no one will JV with you again. So you have been warned.
